Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order for the Islamic Kids Learning Busy Book has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us at help.islamickids@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to verify the issue.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Replacements

  • Our Islamic Kids Learning Busy Book is carefully produced and packaged for each order.

  • We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or minor design variations.

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund or cancellation.

  • Customized versions of the Busy Book (with name prints or special designs) cannot be refunded or replaced unless damaged during delivery.
